We are looking for a passionate, dependable, and team-focused Assistant Administrator to help support our Brunswick location. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who loves being part of the action on the floor while also helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. About the Role Our Assistant Administrator is a true team player. Youll support the Director with daily operations, help welcome and enroll new families, and float in classrooms to keep everything flowing smoothly. What Youll Do Support the Director Assist with daily center operations Help manage enrollment tours, follow-ups, and onboarding Maintain licensing and child records Support attendance tracking and Brightwheel updates Communicate with families in a warm, professional manner Help ensure classrooms are fully staffed and supported Be Part of the Classroom Team Float between classrooms to maintain ratios Support teachers during transitions and busy times Step in when needed to ensure consistency and care Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment Were Looking For Someone Who: Has experience in childcare or early childhood education Is organized and detail-oriented Communicates warmly and professionally Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment Is flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed Has a heart for children and a mindset for leadership Schedule: Full-time position with availability during operating hours.
