Do you take pride in your work and pay attention to detail? Are you motivated by the opportunity to see a project through from start to finish? Great Outdoors is looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your crew, ensure projects are completed with excellence, and take pride in shaping outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate landscaping crew members on residential and commercial projects Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards Interpret site plans, project specifications, and layouts Operate landscaping equipment Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity Work alongside your crew on tasks such as planting, maintenance, hardscaping, and installations Qualifications: 2 years of landscaping experience (crew leader/foreman preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage crews, schedules, and project deadlines Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and safety standards Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (CDL is a plus) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Use of software such as Company Cam, LMN, square teams.
