We’re hiring a motivated and organized HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team! No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities and hands-on training to build your HVAC career. Key Responsibilities: Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections Ensure job site cleanliness and organization Follow safety protocols and company installation standards Requirements: Strong physical ability (lift up to 100 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces) Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools Excellent communication and time management Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred Benefits: 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid vacation and holidays On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Apply today!
