The main responsibility of our Customer Service Representative is to provide an exceptional customer service experience in a timely manner and provide resolution to our clients inquiries and concerns as well as work alongside them to create a personalized experience. Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to grow and establish a career from within. We are looking for someone that has creativity, passion and likes to interact with people. A variety of shifts are available for this position. Basic qualifications: Availability to work from home and/or in person Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement, we provided training High school diploma Bilingual is a plus
