Customer Service Representative to join our team in Radnor,
Pennsylvania. This is a contract position offering an excellent
opportunity to support customers by providing detailed guidance and
resolving inquiries efficiently. The role requires strong
communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: •
Address customer questions related to tax documents, insurance
policies, claims, and billing inquiries. • Deliver clear
explanations of forms, notices, and account details to ensure
customer understanding. • Offer guidance on company procedures,
compliance standards, and best practices. • Escalate complex
concerns to appropriate departments, ensuring timely resolutions
and follow-ups. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of
customer interactions in the designated system. • Coordinate with
internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Meet established performance goals, including response times,
issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. • Stay up to date with
current regulations, company policies, and industry standards to
provide reliable information. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in
customer service, preferably in a call center or similar
environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with
the ability to explain complex information clearly. • Proficiency
in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls. •
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
effectively. • Familiarity with customer service software and
systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as
needed. • Commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and
attention to detail when interacting with customers.
