This position combines customer support with order processing and light warehouse responsibilities. Success in this role comes from staying organized, following clear processes, following through with tasks with care and accuracy. While the role includes multiple responsibilities throughout the day, our systems and team support are designed to help you stay focused and confident. What Youll Do Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner Listen carefully to customer needs and guide them to the right product or solution Research product information using our internal systems and product resources Enter and process orders accurately Package and prepare orders for shipment Resolve customer concerns using established procedures Document interactions clearly and thoroughly Collaborate with team members when questions arise Process occasional warranty claims Who This Role Is For This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning product details, and managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
