Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
supporting a high school adult transition program located in
Sterling Heights, MI. This role focuses on providing
speech-language services for students in a specialized educational
setting aimed at adult transition. The position offers a flexible
work arrangement, including onsite preferred with consideration for
hybrid or virtual options. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
speech-language pathology services tailored to high school students
in an adult transition program Collaborate with educators,
therapists, and families to create and implement individualized
therapy plans Monitor student progress and adjust treatment
strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation
in compliance with educational and therapy standards Participate in
team meetings and support transition planning efforts for students
Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) Experience working in school-based settings,
preferably with adult transition or special education populations
Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders impacting
adolescents and young adults Ability to work effectively both
independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Flexibility to provide services in onsite, hybrid, or virtual
formats as needed Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan Schedule:
Immediate start 2 days per week commitment Contract position for
the current school year (CSY) This role provides an opportunity to

environments while working within a supportive program structure.
