Job Description Job Description About the Position Birch Agency is seeking a committed and studentfocused SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to support a school-based program in Walled Lake, MI . This is a fulltime, inperson opening beginning immediately. The SLP will play an important role in supporting student communication, language development, and overall academic success. Pay starting at $55 per hour. Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals Provide direct therapy services (individual and smallgroup) Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school/state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology Valid Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA CCC credential preferred School-based experience is a plus, though not required Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Why Birch Agency?
