This individual will play a critical role in expanding their maintenance team to meet our long-term business growth. Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership, organization, and oversight of team of three or more employees Perform weekly scheduled preventive maintenance across all equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Apply knowledge of hydraulic systems to installation, maintenance, and repair. Demonstrate proficiency in comprehensive troubleshooting methodologies across diverse technical systems Qualifications and Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated technical capability Proven resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and innovation Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality.
