Job Description:
Stellantis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial
Vehicle (CV) Specialty Vehicle Technical Manager to lead the
technical aspects related to multi-brand programs for our
Commercial Vehicle (CV) portfolio in North America. The initial
focus of this role will be to support the team’s expansion into
non-Ram CV vocations & markets, with expectations to grow as new
opportunities are identified. This role is critical in delivering
best-in-class technical service to our commercial customers,
ensuring seamless integration and performance of upfit solutions,
and driving innovation in CV-specific features. This job directly
supports upfitters, dealers, engineering, service, and
sales/marketing, by resolving technical issues or questions in real
time. Job duties to include, but not limited to, the following
functions: Lead Technical Support Operations for CVs, ensuring
timely and effective resolution of field issues Serve as the
primary technical liaison between Stellantis and key stakeholders
including upfitters, dealers, customers, engineering, service, and
sales/marketing teams Provide real-time technical guidance to
support vehicle modifications, diagnostics, and service-related
inquiries Champion customer satisfaction by delivering proactive
solutions and maintaining high service standards Collaborate with
Product Development and Engineering to implement innovative
CV-specific features that meet evolving industry demands Support
Sales and Marketing initiatives by providing technical expertise
and insights into product capabilities and limitations Our Benefits
