Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Patterns LLC to find a
qualified Med/Surg RN in Saginaw, Michigan, 48601! About The
Position Shift Type: Nights; 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Responsibilities :
(50%)* Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by:
Completing nursing assessment of patient and documenting
appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based
upon the assessment of the patient. Implements plan of care and
documents in the chart. (30%)* Evaluates patient’s response to care
and updates plan of care. (20%)* Oversees the delegation of
specifics of the patient plan of care to unit staff.

BLS (AHA) - Requried Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
