qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Mount Clemens, Michigan, 48043!
Pay Information $1,956 per week About The Position Job Title:

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3
years of experience required License: Michigan RN License required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Completion of 1 Travel
Assignment required Primarily ICU, but ability to float to CVICU
preferred Description: This position follows the clinical interview
process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours via phone
and text where applicable. Decisions are typically made the same
day or by the next business day. Applicants looking for more than 7
days off or more than 50% of holidays off are not eligible for the
same processing timeline. The Registered Nurse delivers quality
nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works
collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to
maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out
functions according to hospital policy, mission, and standards of
practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
Directs, coordinates, and delegates activities to foster patient
and family-centered care. Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and
educational needs of the patient. Plans and implements nursing care
according to patient and family needs. Makes appropriate
interventions based upon individual patient needs. Evaluates
patient responses to nursing interventions. Assumes personal
responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and
professional development. A skills checklist completed within one
year of application for RN specialties is required. Michigan
license verification is required for nurses. If there is a license
hit, it would be in the traveler's best interest to provide a
write-up of what happened for review. Physical copies of
certifications are only required if listed above. A strict
attendance policy is in place advocating for patient needs. Any RN
contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20
minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be
terminated. Situations such as a communicable disease or
hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed.
