Shift: Evening Pay: Up to $41/hr. Exceptional Compensation and Benefits Package: Full-Time Employees: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Employer contributions to Health Savings Account (HSA) • Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full-Time & Part-Time Employees: • Tuition Reimbursement • 401(k) with up to 4% employer contributions • Paid Time Off (PTO) with cash-out option • Annual Merit Increases • PayActive – access earned wages before payday Your Role: • Oversee higher-risk resident care activities for assigned unit(s) to minimize infection risk, including wound care, catheter care, incontinence, skin care, point-of-care blood testing, and medication administration • Participate in the facility’s QAA Committee and annual infection control risk assessments • Maintain documentation of infection prevention and control program activities • Perform nursing care activities and document in accordance with policies and procedures • Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and physicians • Support unit performance improvement initiatives • Ensure staff complete all required educational in-services Requirements: • Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program • Current RN license in Ohio • CPR Certification • Minimum one year recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing • One year supervisory experience preferred • Long-term care experience preferred Why Join Us: Lead a team in a supportive, mission-driven environment where your leadership and expertise are valued.
