perioperative nursing, focusing on patient assessment and safety
throughout surgical procedures. You will develop individualized
care plans, provide leadership within the operating room, and
ensure effective communication with patients, families, and the

Assess surgical patients needs and develop tailored care plans,
continuously evaluating and adjusting to maintain patient safety
during procedures. Lead and supervise the operating room team,
coordinate scheduling, prepare equipment and supplies, and assist
anesthesia providers as needed. Maintain sterile field standards
and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, physicians, the OR team,
supervisors, and ancillary departments to coordinate care. Engage
in staff development through participation in in-services,
educational meetings, and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Registered Nurse (RN)
licensure required. Specialized experience or certification in
Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing preferred. Strong
leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate
multidisciplinary teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication
