Job Description:

management, is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Manager 2 to
join our healthcare team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the
quality of life by delivering superior service standards in line

successful candidate will manage patient services operations within
healthcare facilities, ensuring excellent patient satisfaction,
adherence to dietary guidelines, and compliance with health and
safety standards. Oversee the daily operations of patient food
services in healthcare facilities. Ensure compliance with
nutritional and dietary requirements. Manage and train staff on
proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor services to
patient needs. Implement quality control measures to achieve high
patient satisfaction. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource
allocation efficiently. Strong leadership and personnel management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in
dietary software and nutrition management. Adept at problem-solving
and decision-making. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or similar certification. ServSafe
certification is highly preferred.
