Partnership Leader is a critical role within Healthrise,
responsible for ensuring the success of strategic vendor
partnerships across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business.
This leader must possess a thorough understanding of RCM operations
and performance levers, with the ability to translate that
knowledge into clear accountability, measurable results, and
improved outcomes across partnerships. The Strategic Partnership
Leader will own the performance of these partnerships and be
accountable for driving results against agreed upon scopes of work
(SOWs), service level agreements (SLAs), and client expectations.
Success in this role requires not only managing relationships but
also holding partners to the highest standard of delivery, ensuring
their work strengthens Healthrise client commitments. This position
demands deep RCM subject matter expertise, a disciplined focus on
operational performance, and the ability to proactively manage
vendors at scale. Prior experience managing RCM vendors is strongly
desired. The Leader will collaborate closely with the Senior
Director of Operations (Service Delivery) and Client Delivery
Leaders to ensure strategic partners consistently deliver
excellence under the Healthrise brand. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Performance Own the performance of all
strategic partnerships, ensuring outcomes align with Healthrise
standards and client expectations. Drive accountability against the
scope of each SOW and contracted SLAs, moving beyond compliance
monitoring to active performance leadership. Performance Oversight
and Governance Lead and facilitate monthly performance reviews with
vendor partners, addressing results, escalations, and improvement
plans. Monitor KPIs and proactively identify areas of
underperformance, ensuring issues are resolved before they impact
clients. Serve as the escalation point for performance concerns
raised by Client Delivery Leaders, managing them effectively and
decisively. Collaboration with Healthrise Leaders Partner closely
with the Senior Director of Operations (Service Delivery) to align
vendor performance with broader RCMS objectives. Work directly with
Client Delivery Leaders to ensure vendor performance strengthens
client delivery outcomes. Provide regular updates and
recommendations to executive leadership regarding vendor
performance, risks, and opportunities. Operational and Relationship
Excellence Oversee and optimize relationships with vendors,
ensuring alignment with Healthrise standards and strategic goals.
Build strong, transparent, and performance-driven relationships
with partner leadership teams. Improve overall offshore operations
to maximize efficiency, quality, and scalability. Ensure that all
partnerships are fully integrated into operational standards,
processes, and client-facing expectations. Proactively manage the
balance between partner capacity, efficiency, and performance
quality to optimize overall value. Measurements of Success
Achievement of SLA and KPI targets across all strategic
partnerships. Positive client feedback and measurable value add
from partner delivered services. Timely resolution of escalations
and reduction in recurring performance issues. Demonstrated
improvements in efficiency, cost management, and service quality
across partnerships. Effective collaboration with internal leaders
resulting in seamless partner integration into client delivery.
Reporting Structure The Strategic Partnership Leader reports
directly to the Senior Director of Operations (Service Delivery).
Through proactive oversight, strong governance, and strategic
relationship management, this role will safeguard Healthrise’s
reputation and maximize value across all partnerships.
