Developer (React/C#) Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in
Lansing, MI Contract Length: 12 months Project Overview A
public-sector organization is modernizing a set of
business-critical applications currently supported by end-of-life
technologies. These systems play a key role in compliance,
security, registration, and responsible-use data management. The
initiative focuses on rebuilding legacy applications using modern,
supported platforms to reduce operational risk and ensure long-term
sustainability. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable,
maintainable full-stack applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and business
stakeholders Apply clean code principles and appropriate
architectural patterns Participate in agile ceremonies, code
reviews, and CI/CD deployment processes Requirements 5 years of
full-stack application development experience 3 years of hands-on
React experience for front-end development 5 years of experience
with .NET (C#), including API and server-side development 5 years
