Job Description Job Description A growing electronics manufacturer is adding multiple Wire Harness and Cable Assemblers to support increased production. These are direct hire positions offering long term stability and competitive pay based on experience. This role involves building cable assemblies and wire harnesses in a production environment where quality and precision matter. Candidates must be comfortable with soldering and crimping and will be required to pass a hands-on skills test. What You’ll Do Assemble cable and wire harness assemblies from drawings and work instructions Perform soldering and crimping using hand tools and production equipment Read and interpret assembly prints, schematics, and parts lists Rework, modify, and test assemblies as needed Build to IPC 620 quality standards Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with cable or wire harness assembly Strong soldering and crimping skills Ability to pass a soldering and crimping test High attention to detail and good manual dexterity Comfortable working from drawings and documentation IPC 620 experience or certification is a plus, not required Why Join Direct hire opportunity with long term stability First shift schedule, Monday through Friday Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Growing electronics manufacturer with consistent demand You should be proficient in: Soldering IPC Joint Industry Standard (IPC-J-STD)
