This is a REMOTE position. BHS is seeking candidates throughout the
US. Applicants outside of Maryland will be considered for this
role. Business Development Sales Executive Summary This position is
for a self-motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with
demonstrated success to generate annual sales. This is an Evergreen
role at BHS, and we are currently reviewing all applicants that
apply. The Business Development Sales Executive will be selling and
promoting all BHS related products and services. Reports to: VP,
Customer Solutions Specific Requirements for Position Knowledge of
organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures
Willingness to gain training in management principles and
practices. Ability to document sales activity in company---s CRM.
Experience selling conceptual products and with solution-based
sales. Strong negotiation skills Ability to travel throughout
domestic U.S. when required Duties and Responsibilities Create
sales activity each month to hit target sales goal. Attend annual
SKO (Sales Kick-off) meetings and bi-weekly team meetings. Document
all prospect information/activity into company---s CRM. Negotiate
all contractual documents (including Letters of Intent, Addendums,
Service Agreements). Rapidly develop strong and personable
relationships with economic buyers/senior decision-makers in order
to better address customer needs. Responsible for effectively
demonstrating BHS program and services to "C" level decision
makers. Utilize consultative sales approach to introduce,
establish, and sustain growth of BHS services and products. Attend
industry conferences for networking and relationship building to
create new prospects and develop on- going relationships with
existing partners. Delegate administrative tasks to Business
Development Coordinator as needed (ex. meeting preparation,
scheduling meetings, creating proposals, etc.) Required Education
and/or Experience Bachelor---s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years--- B2B sales experience with track record of
meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience with CRM platforms,
e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, etc. Exceptional
Presentation and Written Communication Competency Strong Critical
Thinking Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional
Presentation and Written Communication skills Preferred Experience
Experience in health care, specifically in behavioral health.
Experience working with and/or existing relationships with Human
Resource professionals Experience working with and/or existing
relationships with employee benefit professionals To learn more
