Account Manager! ONeill Insurance, a rapidly expanding and
culture-driven insurance agency in Wadsworth, Ohio, is looking for
a motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our team of
passionate insurance professionals. In this role, youll provide
exceptional service and strategic guidance to our commercial
clients, helping them protect the assets and relationships that
support their long-term success. Youll collaborate closely with
producers to support new business growth, conduct risk and coverage
analyses, and play a key role in strengthening client
relationships. As a Commercial Account Manager, youll have the
opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment

encouraged. Youll also partner with other Account Managers and
Account Assistants to deliver a high-quality service experience our

for Volunteer Time Responsibilities What Youll Do Manage and
enhance the insurance programs for a dedicated book of commercial
clients Conduct in-depth coverage and risk analyses for clients and
prospects Support producers in new business efforts and help
maintain exceptional client retention Stay informed on trends and
developments in insurance and risk management Collaborate within a
team-based service and sales environment Continue building your
skills with the support of our continuing education and training
opportunities Requirements What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years of
commercial insurance experience (agency or carrier) Ability to
quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, technology, and automation
tools Strong professional communication skillsboth written and
verbal Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain
within 60 days) A desire to contribute to and thrive within a
