ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2025 after spending the
previous 5 years as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand
experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build a
successful office from the ground up. Im a graduate of the
University of Toledo and was born and raised in Toledo, which makes
supporting local businesses and the surrounding community
especially important to me. Our team currently includes four
members, and our office culture is built on trust, accountability,
and doing the right thing always. We offer short-term disability

Agent Team Member for Caramon Current - State Farm Agent, you are
vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You
grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as
a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You
improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing
relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and
services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to
multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
