Your role will include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Offering companionship and emotional support. Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping. Providing mobility support and medication reminders. Being adaptable: Youll work in a variety of environments (including clients homes and facilities) and may assist with more complex care, including transfers, incontinence care, and medical equipment support. What Were Looking For: Availability: Must be available at least 3-4 days per week, including weekends, and respond promptly to on-call requests. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a caregiver role, including personal care experience. Flexibility: Comfortable working in different environments, whether in a clients home or facility. Reliability: Dependable transportation and a commitment to providing excellent care. Compassion: A passion for helping others with a positive, empathetic attitude. Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. A clean driving record. Must be able to commit to being on-call for emergency deployment within Western Wayne and Downriver counties, including the ability to work in homes with pets, smoke, and other potential environmental factors.
